Handling
All orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days. Both Standard and Express shipping options include tracking, so you can monitor your package from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your door.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or shipments sent to incorrect or invalid addresses provided by the customer.
If you are located outside the USA, any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with your shipment are your responsibility. For lost or damaged shipments or replacement orders, these additional fees will not be covered by AuraPets.
You will receive an invoice to cover any shipping costs. Any customs fees must be paid to the courier before receiving your package.
